Why not plan something a little different this Easter? With all restrictions now lifted many families will want to enjoy a well deserved break over the Easter Holidays. Here at the Abbey we have been welcoming families now for generations since 1963. Making the stay memorable for our little guests is important. There are plenty of things to see and do when you visit the region. Ireland's Hidden Heartlands is steeped in history and folklore. Why not take in a visit to our local Loughnenane Park to feed the ducks, a day trip to Strokestown Park House, Arigna Mining Experience is also well worth a visit, or a leisurely stroll to Roscommon Abbey which is on the outskirts of the town, and is reachable by a path at the back of the Hotel. Whilst staying with us you can enjoy a leisurely walk on our private grounds, a few gentle lengths of our pool, relax in our sauna/steamrooms, then enjoy a glass of wine in front of the welcoming log fires in our cosy lounge area. Meanwhile, the children can enjoy a healthy kids meal and fun and frolics in our 20 m heated pool.

Had a fabulous stay at the Abbey Hotel with my 6-year-old son. He had a ball. The pool is fabulous and what I really loved was that they gave us hats (most places make you buy them) and goggles which we had forgotten to bring. The food in the bar was delicious and the staff were all so nice. Our room was gorgeous and I couldn't fault a thing. Would highly recommend this hotel.
