Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the Abbey Hotel, we enjoyed the Carvery very much. Also a very nice breakfast, with lots of choices. The room was very comfortable. We also very much liked the pool & leisure facilities. Thank you Laura for assistance with booking process & all the staff, a credit to the hotel.

Abbey Hotel – a real gem.
A wonderful stay in the heart of Ireland. Great food with all tastes and choices catered for. Genuinely friendly & welcoming staff. Very comfortable rooms, good size and plenty of spaces. The pool and leisure facilities a real bonus. All round excellent value and a fine location.

Fantastic service
We had a lovely family meal in the bar. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Laura and her team made us feel very welcome and were very attentive and responsive to any ask. We will definitely be back for future family gatherings. It’s a very convenient location.

Excellent accessible hotel legendary staff
Couldn’t find a single fault, excellent experience in the Abbey. Sorted a wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor nearest to amenities. The room was bright and airy, and the bathroom was totally accessible as promised. The food was fantastic with a large array of dishes available. All areas of the hotel, indoor and out, were spotless. Wedding and music festival on Friday night so we prepared for a noisy night but didn’t hear a sound. Wheelchair parking at the entrance was secure parking. Would highly recommend it.

Comfort and relaxation
Spent a few days on holiday break in Roscommon and the Abbey was an excellent choice as a place to base ourselves. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff made our stay most enjoyable. Will definitely return very soon.
